Summary: Thank you to Berlinda (hope I spelt her name correctly) and the rest of the team for giving us an experience like no other - hands down, best service we have ever have ever experienced! I would definently suggest EQ if your looking for a place to stay in KL - besides getting extraordinary service, you will get a view and rooms that are amazing!
